Maleficent star Sharlto Copley has signed on to replace Jason Patric in the Playstation Network's take on Tv series Powers.

Patric and Carly Foulkes starred in the Fx channel's version of the comic book adaptation and now South African Copley and The Killing star Michelle Forbes will pick up where they left off for the new series, which is set to debut in December (14), according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The adaptation of Brian Michael Bendis' Image/Icon comic revolves around Christian Walker (Copley), a top police officer who tackled crimes committed by those endowed with special abilities.
