Stanley Tucci and Felicity Blunt are expecting their first child together.

The 53-year-old actor has confirmed his wife - who he met through her actress sister Emily Blunt when the pair were filming 'The Devil Wears Prada' in 2006 - is pregnant and he admitted he is ''very excited'' about becoming a father for the fourth time.

He told Us Weekly: ''I'm very excited to be a dad. It's incredible. I'm most excited to have a baby with Felicity and for the baby to be healthy.''

The 'Hunger Games' star insists his literary agent wife will be a ''great'' mother, and he has no preference to whether she gives birth to a girl or a boy.

He added: ''The sex is of no concern to me. The sex of the baby, that is.''

Stanley has three children, Isabel, Nicolo and Camilla, from his previous marriage to late wife Kate, who died from breast cancer in 2009.

He has since gone on to marry Felicity, with the couple revealing in an interview in August 2012 that they had secretly tied the knot.

The actor - who played Caesar Flickerman 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' - recently admitted he loves appearing in films which he can show his children.

He said: ''As a parent, it's a great thing to know that there's a movie you have participated in that you can take your kids to. That isn't always the case. So that's really nice. And I think this genre is disappearing. So it's nice to have participated in it and to just have it around.''
