Dutch pop stars the Vengaboys are joining the race for the Christmas charts with a new festive single and album.
The Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom!! hitmakers are hoping to help fans get into the holiday spirit with the fun promo for Where Did My Xmas Tree Go?, which will be featured on the Vengaboys Xmas Party Album - their first full disc of new material in 14 years.
Singer Robin Pors says, "It was a blast to be back in the studio! We're very happy with our first Christmas song ever...!"
The Vengaboys won't be the only artists aiming for a top spot on the Christmas album charts - country singer LeAnn Rimes, Broadway star Idina Menzel, actor/filmmaker Seth MACFarlane and the stars of hit period drama Downton Abbey have also been working on festive releases, while Bob Geldof's Band Aid 30 charity revamp of Do They Know It's Christmas? is expected to continue flying high in the holiday singles charts across the U.K. and Europe this month (Dec14).
