Newly reformed Suede will only release a new album if there is "magic" in the recording studio, according to frontman Brett Anderson.
The Animal Nitrate hitmakers reunited last year (10) after disbanding in 2003 following the release of their flop record A New Morning.
They have played a series of comeback shows without original guitarist Bernard Butler, and are heading back in to the studio - but Anderson is adamant fans won't hear their new material if it isn't up to scratch.
He tells Bbc 6 Music, "We're going to try to make a new Suede album but if the magic is not there then no one will hear it, that's the truth."
