The Bachelorette Ashley Hebert was left "humiliated" after Monday night's show (6th May 2011), when her 'Mr Right' Bentley Williams walked off the reality dating programme, reports People Magazine. Eight millions viewers tuned in to The Bachelorette to witness Hebert continuing in her quest to find a future husband.
Despite her high hopes for a relationship with Bentley, Hebert was left distraught after the businessman departed the show, claiming he wasn't attracted to this year's star. The dental student was also embarrassed by a number of snide remarks made by other contestants during the episode, and was visibly upset by the evening's events. Speaking about Bentley's acrimonious exit, Ashley said, "I'm extremely humiliated. He had intentions to really hurt me - and he did". To add insult to injury, Williams told cameras he wished former 'Bachelor' contestant Emily Maynard had been this year's Bachelorette. Responding to the remarks, Hebert said, "I got played.just as maybe every woman in America has been played".
Last year's Bachelorette Ali Fedotowksy is reportedly set to marry her 'Bachelor' Roberto Martinez following the couple's engagement on season six of the show. Season five 'Bachelorette' Jillian Harris ended her relationship with potential suitor Ed Swiderski in July 2010.
