The Beatnuts rapper PSYCHO LES has been sued by a fan over a concert in Aspen, Colorado last year (09).
Kristin Scharrer has filed a $100,000 (£62,500) lawsuit against the New York native accusing him of injuring her after he attempted to pull her up on stage during a show at The Belly Up club in the ski resort last March (09).
In legal papers filed in Colorado's Pitkin County Court, Scharrer claims the hip-hop star, real name Lester Fernandez, was "visibly intoxicated" when he grabbed her arm during the gig.
She reportedly tried to resist but was pulled up to the platform, "violently hitting her leg on the sharp edge of the stage's front", causing her nerve damage and permanent scarring, according to AllHipHop.com.
Scharrer is suing Fernandez for battery, outrageous conduct and false imprisonment, while club bosses, who have also been named as defendants, have been accused of negligence, inadequate security and serving the star too much alcohol.
