Rockers The Black Crowes have been inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in Atlanta.
The group headed the class of 2010 in their home state at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on Saturday (11Sep10).
And the big moment wasn't lost on singer Chris Robinson.
He told fans, "This is the first time in 20 years that we’ve all washed our hair on the same day."
Legendary Rolling Stones and Allman Brothers Band keyboardist Chuck Leavell performed at the induction before the band played a 15-minute medley of hits and their first-ever performance of state anthem Georgia On My Mind.
The band will take an extended hiatus after their current four-month North American tour ends in December (10).
