Rockers The Calling are caught up in a nasty court battle - with themselves.

The group's bass player BILLY MOHLER and drummer NATE WOOD are suing bandmates Alex Band and AARON KAMIN, claiming they have been underpaid for their performances on the group's recent tour.

The duo allege they were promised an equal share, but were told they were entitled to just $700 (GBP438) for touring.

Ironically, the group were on top of the world just a year ago (02) when their WHEREVER YOU WILL GO track was America's biggest selling single of the year.
