Hulk Hogan wants to visit Stonehenge.

The wrestling legend is in the UK this week on the TNA Maximum IMPACT Tour and he revealed his wife Jennifer McDaniel wanted to go with him to see the prehistoric monument - a circular collection of standing stones which is believed to have mystical and spiritual powers - in Wiltshire, South West England.

However, another spiritual power has stopped them making the trip - 'Hulkamania' which has gripped the country since the 58-year-old star arrived earlier this week.

Hulk told BANG Showbiz: "Jennifer's been around and seen the crazy stuff that happens with me, she's excited about being here, but she was hoping I wouldn't have to work all the time. She wanted to see The Sights and she wanted to go to that mystical Stonehenge with all the energy, which would be cool."

Although the couple haven't been able to get to Stonehenge - which dates back to around 3,000 BC - they have been able to see the sights of London and have been taking in landmarks such as Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and the River Thames.

Hulk has been blown away by warm welcome he has received since touching down in the UK.

He said: "It's just been amazing, I can't believe it's still like this, I can't believe how loyal the fans are over here. My wife and I are just overwhelmed at how nice people are, people are just so kind and have said such nice things. It's cool, just really, really cool."

The Maximum IMPACT Tour kicked off at the Nottingham Capital FM Arena tonight (26.01.12) and saw Hulk - real name Terry Bollea - step inside a British ring for the first time since 1994.

The tour moves onto the Manchester MEN Arena on Friday (27.01.12) before heading to London's Wembley Arena on Saturday (28.01.12) where TNA will film its flagship TV show 'IMPACT Wrestling' for the first time outside of the US.

Tickets are still available for the two remaining dates and can be purchased from www.gigsandtours.com and www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
