Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have no contact with one another.

The former couple - who split in 2012 after five years of marriage - reportedly refuse to speak to one another and all matters regarding their eight-year-old daughter Suri, including visitation, are handled through intermediaries.

Sources told TMZ there is ''bad feeling'' on both sides and neither the 'Mission: Impossible' star or the former 'Dawson's Creek' actress are interested in repairing their issues.

The 36-year-old actress is said to be ''dissatisfied'' with her ex-husband's involvement in their daughter's life as he hasn't seen her in months because he has been working in London.

However, sources close to Tom, 52, insist he is still involved with Suri and now production on 'Mission: Impossible 5' has wrapped, he will be returning to Los Angeles and will see his little girl then.

It has been claimed Katie has been dating singer-and-actor Jamie Foxx and though the insiders wouldn't comment on the romance, they admitted Tom has been ''concerned'' in the past about his ex-wife's partners because he worries about them being a ''negative influence'' on Suri.

Katie and Jamie, 47, are said to have been dating for over a year but their relationship isn't serious.

A source said: ''This is not some intense romance. Jamie and Katie are friends and have been for a long time. They are two adult who are attractive and single, and so apparently conclusions will be drawn. They're not about to run off and make some serious commitment.''
