Rapper Trina is teaming up with Wyclef Jean's sister to donate a portion of the proceeds from her new cosmetics venture to charity.
The hip-hop star recently unveiled plans to launch her Amazin' Cosmetics line, which will include lipstick and beauty accessories like fake eyelashes.
The philanthropic star has now brought Melky Jean on board the project to make it a charitable one, benefiting Jean's Carma Foundation, which aids the child victims of January's (10) Haitian earthquake.
Trina tells AllHipHop.com, "With Amazin' Cosmetics, I wanted to create a brand for today's young woman that's stylish and sexy yet affordable and accessible.
"I'm also thrilled to join forces with the Carma Foundation... I always strive to help various communities, especially with organisations that help children and young teenagers and the Carma Foundation is remarkable in their efforts to assist orphans affected by Haiti's' earthquake.
"Young women can not only look incredible when purchasing Amazin' Cosmetics, but (they) can also contribute to a great cause at the same time."
