Unkle frontman James Lavelle took time out of his performance in London on Tuesday (07Sep10) to pay tribute to a pal who died just hours earlier.
The DJ was playing a special gig with The Heritage Orchestra in the British capital following a screening of his documentary, Lives Of The Artists: Follow Me Down.
He stopped the music to honour the wife of a friend who had worked on the project, after receiving a call earlier in the evening to tell him she had passed away.
Lavelle told the crowd, "I just want to dedicate this track to the wife of somebody who worked on this film. She died tonight. It was strange watching the documentary and getting a phone call about that."
