Actor Val Kilmer has sold the majority of his New Mexico ranch to a Texas oil boss more than two years after putting it on the market.
The Batman Forever star has sold all but 141 acres of his 5,300-acre Pecos River property to executive Benjamin A. Strickling Iii for $18.5 million (£11.6 million).
Kilmer first put the 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom home up for sale in early 2009 for $33 million (£20.6 million), but he was forced to slash the price last year (10) in a desperate bid to sell it.
