Victoria Beckham is giving a talk about her career during New York Fashion Week.

The singer-turned-designer will join Simon Collins, the Dean of Fashion at Parsons The New School for Design, on stage after her runway show on February 9 as part of his 'In Conversation With' series.

According to WWD, Victoria is due to discuss how she established her brand as a reputable name in the industry as well as spilling secrets about her design inspirations.

The talk will take place at the new John L. Tishman Auditorium at the fashion college's University Center.

Meanwhile, the mother-of-four - who has children Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 11, Cruz, eight, and Harper, two with her husband David Beckham - recently revealed she thrives on the constant pressure of her career as a fashion designer.

She admitted in a Twitter Q&A last week: ''It does get stressful, but I'm so blessed to have a job that I love so I can turn that stress into positive energy.

''I have loved design since I was kid. It's incredibly fulfilling to have a career pursuing a lifelong passion.''
