Vince Neil has confirmed he's set to swap rock 'n' roll for ice dancing in new reality TV contest SKATING WITH THE STARS.
The Motley Crue frontman is leading the line-up for the first season of the Dancing With The Stars spin-off show, which will see celebrities pair up with professional figure skaters to compete against each other every week.
Neil is joined by All My Children actress Rebecca Budig, Blade Runner star Sean Young, reality TV's Bethenny Frankel, Disney's Brandon Mychal Smith and former Olympic ski champion Jonny Moseley.
And the rock star has made a shock confession - he's a seasoned skater who has been dancing on ice for years.
He tells People.com, "I was a figure skater when I was 12. When they called the people in my office were laughing but I told them, 'I actually used to skate.' I haven't skated for a long, long time. I like to do things that sound like fun and this sounds like fun."
Neil adds to the New York Daily News, "I've been known to be one of the bad boys of rock 'n' roll. I'm going to leave all that behind and just be the baddest guy on the ice."
The series will debut in America on 22 November (10).
