Wall Street Money Never Sleeps Is Top Moneymaker

More than 20 years after the original Wall Street premiered, the sequel, Wall Street Money Never Sleeps awoke at the top of the box office with a weekend take of $19.01 million, according to final studio figures released on Monday. The Warner Bros. 3D animated feature Legend of the Guardians The Owls of Ga'Hoole came in second with $16.11 million. But, perhaps most impressive of all, Ben Affleck's The Town , dropped just 34 percent in its second week to finish in third place with $15.60 million.
