Incarcerated actor Wesley Snipes is facing new legal problems - a credit card company has filed a lawsuit against the star for allegedly failing to pay a $29,343.03 (Gbp18,339.38) bill.
The Blade star, who is currently serving a three-year sentence for tax evasion, is now being accused of neglecting to settle up his debts with American Express before beginning his term.
Bosses at the credit card company filed suit in Florida last week (begs14Nov11) and, according to Tmz.com, they're asking to be paid back in full with interest and for Snipes to cover their legal fees.
