Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown will remain on life support throughout this week following a near-drowning incident at her home last month (31Jan15).

The 21 year old was placed in a medically-induced coma upon admission to the hospital following the health emergency on 31 January (15).

She has been fighting for her life, surrounded by her father Bobby Brown, grandmother Cissy Houston and close family members ever since, and now, amid reports suggesting she's close to death, her dad's lawyer, Christopher Brown, tells People.com that her condition isn't quite as bleak, insisting rumours the family is planning to take Bobbi Kristina off life support are "false".

Meanwhile, officials at the Roswell Police Department in Georgia have confirmed the case involving Brown's bathtub incident is a criminal investigation. The youngster was found unresponsive and face down in the tub at the home she shares with partner Nick Gordon.
